Google Translate has added a Latin translation tool. The way it apparently works is quite interesting. I’ve played around with it, but can’t speak to its effectiveness. However, if it lives up to the hype this could be really useful.
And this makes me wish I’d studied French in school. The Alexandria Center for Hellenistic Studies has released a bunch of new – and very interesting sounding – texts. But they’re only available in French! *le sigh* Still, it might be of use to some of you, so I’m passing it on.
[Note to self: I wonder how far I’d get on those using Google Translate.]
